Israel’s leading PR firm specializing in technology and innovation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our exceptional team. This is a part-time role (2 ½ - 3 days per week) with a hybrid work model from our Tel Aviv office. We’re looking for an HR Manager to work closely with the company’s CPO and manage all employee-related matters. This role is dynamic and encompasses different facets of HR, such as recruitment, HR admin, employee lifecycle management, employee experience, and building and implementing HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns, providing expert guidance and timely solutions.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle and HR processes, such as recruitment, performance management, and employee retention.
- Assess and identify professional development needs to ensure growth and skill development.
- Develop and implement key HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with company values, operational policies, and Israeli labor laws.
- Manage HR database and collaborate with operations team.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Requirements:
- Native-level English speaker with an understanding of Anglo culture.
- Native-level Hebrew speaker.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- BA in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations with empathy and clarity.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical HR solutions.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, Israeli labor law, and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases, such as HiBob.
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Energetic, motivated, and professional, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
