Title Insurance Typist to assist in preparing, updating, and typing reports for title examination.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in creating completed title reports and knowledge of their various components – deed chains, mortgage schedules, covenants and restrictions – and be able to review and comprehend complicated abstracts for commercial and residential properties.
Ideal candidates must have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple workload priorities, work well with tight deadlines, and maintain a high aptitude for detailed work.
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Native English speaker
6 -8 hours a day. Option for either Israeli hours or American hours.
