We are seeking an experienced Operations and HR Manager to oversee project assignments, manage team workflows, and ensure timely delivery of projects, along with managing all HR functions for the company. This role requires a proactive leader with at least 5 years of experience in project management, team supervision, and HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign and monitor projects, ensuring balanced workloads, timely delivery, and clearly defined deliverables.
- Reallocate tasks and resources as needed to maintain seamless operations when challenges arise.
- Supervise and support team members, resolving issues and ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, team supervision, and HR.
- Proven HR expertise, with the ability to manage personnel, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Native-level English speaker with high-level proficiency in Hebrew.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Experience in supervising others and managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
