Content Specialist

Dekel Israel Tours is seeking a full-time Content Specialist to join the Media and Communications Department and take a lead role in producing, updating, and managing a broad range of written and visual materials. Your clear and effective communication will be a vital part of the Dekel Tours “voice” – from itinerary descriptions and website articles to promotional materials and social media posts, and everything in between.

Dekel Tours is a family-style company, where we work collaboratively in an environment that encourages everyone to share their unique strengths toward the singular goal of delivering the highest quality client experience possible (from first online contact through return flight home).

Responsibilities include:

• Content research and creation
• Marketing and social media support
• Internal and external communications
• Managing supplier database
• Ongoing projects support

Requirements:

• Native English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Excellent writing skills
• Ability to work independently AND as part of a team
• Strong problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Flexibility and multi-tasking ability
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn

Pluses (advantageous but not required):

• Experience with Adobe Design platforms (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Familiarity with WordPress
• Experience with social media for business
• SEO & keyword research skills
• Experience with digital marketing
• Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry

About the position:

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Location: Binyamina (3-minute walk from the train; 25-30 minutes by train from both Tel Aviv and Haifa)
• Reports to Director of Media & Communications
