We are an AI company that developed a unique 3D product solution for e-commerce.

We're looking for a sales Director to take over all sales initiatives, and head new business opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to join early and influence how the company will evolve. We are looking for the right person to build this role and later lead a team to make sure our customers are getting the best out of EverAfter product for their own success.

Your role:

  • Own the full sales cycle from building relationships to negotiation and contracting, including hands-on
  • Navigate key decision makers to build Ever After awareness within organizations
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Verto solution and connect this knowledge directly to customer ROI
  • Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution
  • Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends
  • Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from Vertos’ solution
  • Lead overall sales process and provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Develop and handle strong relationships within our Enterprise market segment, looking for opportunities to add value for the customer and develop additional revenue
  • Negotiate deal terms, and pricing, and resolve concerns to close deals
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Skills required:

  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in sales and partnership development with a proven track record of building relationships and winning business – Must
  • Experience selling solutions to North America and/or Europe
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Shown success navigating large organizations and ability to quickly identify the decision-makers and decision-making process
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach
  • Driven self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work in US days and hours
  • Excellent understanding of managing a sales pipeline
