Key Responsibilities:
* Locating healthcare professionals in a range of nursing sectors through our database & referrals
* Generating outbound marketing via phone, text & email
* Conducting first-level screening calls with candidates
Requirements:
* Speak mother-tongue level English
* Positive with a can-do attitude
* High level of professionalism & self-motivation
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to multi-task
* Experience in telephone sales/recruitment preferred but not required
Hours of operation:
Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Monday - Thursday: 3:30pm - 12:00am
Salary range: 8,500 shekels per month + competitive commission structure
Location: Jerusalem City Center
