Yashar LaChayal, a Non-profit dedicated to helping our Chayalim is looking for a full time, well-organized Office Manager to perform a variety of in-office administrative, coordination and logistical services in support of our non-profit organization. Small office based in Jerusalem.
Under the direction of the Executive Director:
- manages administrative aspects of a small non-profit’s operations including: projects, bureaucracy, etc.
- Office Administration
- Well organized
- Donation entry and receipting
- maintains current campaigns
- Good knowledge of social media- FB, Instagram, Constant Contact
- maintains continuing donor relationships
- maintains existing grants
Requirements:
- Experience in small non-profit organization a plus
- Work independently, but take direction
- Time management- able to juggle multiple projects and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
- Mother tongue English
- Good English writing skills
- Hebrew fluency
- Communication and presentation skills
- Able to prioritize and multi-task
- Familiarity and comfort with Microsoft Office and any non-profit CRM software (Salesforce, Donorperfect…)
- Familiarity with social media, SEO, etc.
