Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time Office/Customer Service Representative to support our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Using QuickBooks (Qb), Google Sheets, Gmail, and other office software.
- Communicating with customers via phone, text, and WhatsApp.
- Creating estimates and invoices.
- Responding to customer inquiries.
- Handling various back-office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required), Google Sheets, and Gmail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Native level English speaker
Work from home (within Israel)
