Convergence is looking for a Human Resources Recruiter. The Recruiter in the Human Resources Department is responsible and accountable for the sourcing and recruitment of clinical positions in our mobile imaging company. The HR Recruiter participates in the entire staffing process: recruits, receives, sources, and sorts candidates in the applicant tracking system. Selects candidates meeting the minimum requirements as outlined within job descriptions, coordinates and conducts initial interviews. Maintains close collaboration with company managers and develops a successful working relationship to ensure thorough understanding of staffing needs, position requirements, and specific practices.
