Position Summary:

The Customer Service & Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day account management. On-the-job training will teach you how to make quick decisions when clients need it the most. You will learn how to help clients in the kindest way possible, while servicing their insurance needs. The greatest part? You will take control of client affairs and internal contact.

This is a full-time position located in Beit Shemesh. Hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Speaking with clients to gather complete and relevant information, based on your in-person training and personal insight
• Work with insurance companies’ systems to develop new quotes, process policies, and assist clients with appropriate changes
• Track progress and maintain accurate information using agency CRM
• Keep up-to-date with product and policy changes and development, as well as market updates

Required:

• High-level Hebrew and English, spoken and written
• Computer literacy
• Experience in insurance/finance/law - advantage
• Elementary insurance experience – advantage

• Critical thinking and good judgment to quickly determine and prioritize key issues
• Efficient and diligent
