Overview

Base salary with the opportunity to earn new & renewal commissions!!!

We’re searching for a self-motivated performer to add to our growing Commercial Lines Department. Online quoting, Certificates, Endorsements, are required along with an endless passion for customer service. Knowledge of markets and proficiency with coverage are critical with a focus on Real Estate accounts and Contractors. Proficiency with Word and Excel are a must and attention to detail will be extremely beneficial.

Being a recent startup, there is a welcomed opportunity for creativity and input as the company grows quickly. Relationships are handled with care as we are strategic with our partners- both clients and carriers. Having passion for learning and questioning the “norm”, our success has been through an analytical understanding of different coverages and its applications.

We are becoming more technology-driven as the industry lags behind which means we need to be nimble and excited to learn new things. We encourage out-of-the-box thinking and our office culture is all about enjoying the hard work we put in so we can hold ourselves to our own high standards.

Salary: We will pay for the right experience.

Requirements

  • Must be licensed in Property & Casualty
  • AMS360 software experience
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. Extremely important!
  • Proven industry experience (at least 5 years) preferably with Real Estate portfolios and Contractors
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Motivated without having to be told what to do
  • Word and Excel proficiency
