Operations Manager
Shipping consultant company seeking an operations manager to oversee/manage operations of the company and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
Responsibilities:
- Help manage email campaigns and work closely with our Hubspot ops team to optimize performance, A/B testing with different content, analyzing weekly reports, etc.
- Maintenance of our CRM (Hubspot) including making sure all leads are entered correctly, adding leads to HS when necessary, deal pipelines are updated, etc.
- Help manage sales team, including listening to call recordings and providing feedback, reviewing sales reports
- Analyzing current clients data to determine future savings opportunities, using google sheets
- Ensuring client data is updated in the Betachon app
- Managing admin assistant and hiring new staff when necessary
- Providing guidance to improve the overall structure of the company to scale.
- Improving the culture of workplace
Qualifications:
- Management experience and 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of CRM, google sheets, analysis
- Working with cold email sequences
- High level of english
- Strong ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and communication skills
