We are an educational tourism company that implements group programs as well as private groups of inbound tourism.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire field of incoming tourism in the company, which includes organizations, communities and government officials from Diaspora Jewry, luxury trips (VIP), special events for diaspora workers' committees, Christians who love Israel, etc.

• Preparation and participation in dedicated conferences abroad, with the goal of reaching additional target audiences and promoting the department.

• Development and construction of a new products, based on the types of customers and demand

• Creating work plans to achieve the goals, building and managing budgets

• Managing the day-to-day work with the end customers on a personal and organizational level

• Monitoring and control of outputs and achievements, drawing lessons and building an improvement/maintenance plan for the future

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in the field of tourism or educational tourism - a must!

• Experience working with Diaspora Jewry - a significant advantage!

• English at the highest/mother tongue level - mandatory!!!

• Experience with business development, marketing and sales - a must!

• Willingness to work at unusual hours sometimes

• Willingness to participate in conferences in Israel and abroad

Full time position, 9 hours a day from the office in Har Hotzvim
