Who We Are?

Tzion Apartments is an experienced real estate agency with strong moral values that specializes in short and long term rentals as well as rental management. We are now developing our sales department. We only work in Jerusalem that we love!!!

It’s important for us to provide our customers with professional, authentic and personalized service.

Position and conditions:

We are looking for a part-time administrative/marketing assistant that shares our values to work mainly from our Jerusalem office 4 hours per day from 9:00am to 1:00pm from Sunday to Thursday and 2 hours on Fridays from 10:00 to 12:00.

There are flexibility in the hours with option to work partly at home. We will start as a trial period.

Salary: 45 shekels per hour bruto + transportation + all the legal worker advantages

Responsibilities include various tasks to be done besimcha:-)

• Creating receipts/invoices, issuing payments and recording expenses

• Advertising properties in Hebrew and English

• Various administrative tasks such as updating documents, filing, photo editing, data input (website, CRM…), buying office supplies

• Updating/changing prices and availability on different websites such as airbnb, vrbo

• Assisting our property manager in the management/logistics of our properties

• Maintaining social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube

• Other marketing tasks (content writing, SEO, emailings, newsletter, Googlemybusinness…)

• Forwarding leads/inquiries to relevant people/agents

• Calling home owners to arrange appointments with real estate agents

• Updating details for different accounts (electricity, water, arnona, cable, internet…) of managed properties

Requirements:

• English and Hebrew as mother tongue level (including good reading and writing)

• Reliable and efficient

• Excellent organizational skills

• Rosh gadol

• Proficient use of Internet, Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Drive

• Marketing skills

• Good communication skills

• Basic bookkeeping skills
