Dental Center Reception / Customer Service (M-F)

Position: Customer Service/Dental Reception

Location: Har Hotzvim (in-office position)

Hours:

• 8PM-3AM Monday-Thursday; 3PM-9:30PM Friday (Immediate start)

Immediate start. Training typically takes 2-4 weeks (paid training).

Qualifications:

• Fluent English
• Basic computer literacy with the ability to learn new applications
• Positive and friendly personality
• Patience for dealing with difficult people under stress
• Preferred - relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer service for dental center
• Making and confirming appointments (~90% incoming calls)
• Relevant responsibilities as assigned by management

Compensation:

• $14/hr
• Paid on Israeli tlush
• All legal Israeli benefits
