Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new leads and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify and target potential customers, and you will use your excellent communication skills to connect with potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads using a variety of tools and resources.
- Contact potential leads via phone, email, and social media to introduce our company and products or services
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team to follow up on
- Maintain accurate records and updates in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead-generation strategies
Requirements:
- Native Level English speaker
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow
- 1-2 years of experience in sales/customer service or a similar role
Advantageous:
- Proficiency in Hubspot to fulfill SDR needs
- Additional languages
- Experience with the North American market
- Experience in the tourist/attractions industry
