Jerusalem - CRM Business Analyst
Do you have CRM (hopefully Salesforce!) expertise? Do you enjoy being the go-to person for all CRM related things? The emphasis will be on working with all the internal teams developing and improving workflows and functionalities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to improve business processes and increase efficiencies
- Secure database manipulation and master the customization and automation functions
- Provide training on CRM to enable the team translate complex data and reporting into processes
- Responsible for the documentation on process flows and projects
- Work closely with developers along with business to ensure technical compatibility and end user satisfaction
- Working closely with QA and UA to ensure functionalities are properly implemented
- Develop user manuals and related training materials
- Responsible for Security of the CRM. Manage all aspects of access and permissions
Requirements:
- English at a professional level (written and verbal)
- 2+ years of experience as a software business analyst
- Strong attention to detail, with great analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
- Willingness to learn/grow with Salesforce's ever-changing environment
A plus if:
- Hands-on experience administering and developing Salesforce and its related apps
- Engineering or programming background
- Experience managing a small team
- Business Process Optimization/Management experience
This is a full-time position Sun-Thu or Mon-Fri (short Friday) and the office is located in Jerusalem.
