Location: Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem, Israel (in-office position)

Hours: Long-term 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST some flexibility, Setup/Training will require EST working hours overlap

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer Team Lead with 15+ years in software development to oversee and guide our team. This role requires technical expertise, strong leadership, and a balanced perspective that grasps both the strategic vision and the detailed intricacies essential to successful project completion.

Key Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in software development, with mastery in C#, .NET, and SQL.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor, inspire, and guide a team of developers.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of seeing both the broader project vision and the critical technical details.
• Native-level English

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers, overseeing all phases of project development.
• Review code rigorously, ensuring adherence to best practices and efficiency, and develop solutions as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and COO to align technical work with company goals and strategic initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally to meet project goals and deadlines effectively.
