Professional Services company located in Ramat Beit Shemesh is seeking an experienced, responsible Customer Account Manager who is responsible to manage, direct and implement the needs of assigned clients while ensuring account transparency and total customer satisfaction. It will be upon the account manager to maintain regular contact with his/her assigned clients and with the COO.
Responsibilities/Expectations:
Assume full responsibility for portfolio of assigned customers:
o Maintain accounts, while juggling multiple account management projects
o Assess and fulfill customer needs, seek out opportunities for growth and
improvement within each account
o Impart and implement operational policies and procedures
o Keep in regular contact with and serve as primary point of contact for
customer
o Build and maintain strong, trusting customer relationships
o Ensure all documentation and contracts are signed and filed appropriately
Travel to meet customers when necessary
Work under occasional pressure to meet hard deadlines
Clearly report all accounts and status to department head
Required skills and abilities:
Full time in RBS office
Flexible schedule and willingness to occasionally be contacted after hours
