Seeking Attorney for Hi Tech, commercial and corporate law position
We are a leading boutique law firm in Modiin which specializes in the fields of Hi Tech, commercial, IP, corporate and investment advisor law. The firm’s practice includes ongoing representation of both Israeli and foreign companies in a wide range of matters such as: financing, strategic alliances and joint ventures, technology transactions, commercial agreements, E-commerce, stock option plans etc. The firm also represents investors and business executives in a broad range of investments and transactions.
Position Requirements
English at mother tongue level required
Junior associate – up to two years’ experience
Graduate of a university or of a leading collage, with a high GPA
Strong analytics, communication and writing skills Preference to applicants with Hi Tech or commercial experience
