Full-time in the office (Herzliya) preferably from 9 am-6 pm (Sunday – Thursday)
A Bookkeeper with US experience is needed for a leading international e-commerce company in the beauty and wellness space. Pleasant and dynamic work environment. Long-term, in-person position, located in Herzliya.

Responsibilities:
- Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process
- Verifying that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger
- Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements.
- Review deductions in payments received from customers – dispute if necessary.
- Perform account reconciliations (payables, receivables, bank transactions, credit cards).
- Account receivables: Invoicing, Collections, Reconciliation, and aging reports.
Skills:
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration – preferred.
- High proficiency/Native-level English – Mandatory! (will be tested).
- Computer skills, experienced in working with Gmail, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets (will be tested).
- Must be driven, take initiative, prioritize, and regularly meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Experience with Netsuite – an advantage.
