A beauty brand is seeking a Digital Content Manager. This person will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the digital content strategy across various digital platforms. The main responsibilities will be to create and manage high-quality, engaging content, working daily alongside the Digital and Content teams, and reporting directly to the Social and Digital Media Director and the Senior Content Manager.
The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience in content creation, along with a creative mindset to develop innovative and engaging content ideas that stay ahead of trends and resonate with the target audience.
Strong organizational skills are essential to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Additionally, an analytical mindset is necessary to interpret data and insights, using them to improve content performance.
Scope of Work:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content creation calendar that aligns with the organization’s marketing calendar, goals, and target audience across EU, APAC, and LATM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, e-commerce, marketing, retail, travel retail, PR, and education to ensure content creation and coverage are aligned with the brand’s messaging, tone, and style.
- Partner closely with the Content Creation Senior Manager and lead INTL and LATM confirmations across both digital and social shoots are needed for NA and INTL production.
- Partner closely with Content Creation Senior Manager to oversee the integration of NA/360 content strategy across campaigns and launch content in specific INTL markets.
- Identify INTL and LATM opportunities for content partnerships and collaborations to expand the reach and visibility of content across specific market needs. Develop digital content briefs to be approved for final shoot deliverables (shoots with the Creative Director, creators, etc).
- Oversee digital media coverage and content direction for main European events (PR, Fashion Weeks, Eurovision, etc).
- Monitor the engagement metrics to track performance and make data-driven improvements/optimization.
- Share metrics every month (IG, TikTok, Paid).
- Stay up to date on digital content trends and educate all key stakeholders internally and externally on
trends, changes, and evolutions.
Skills and Abilities:
- At least three years of similar experience in content strategy development.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, communications, marketing, public relations, media studies, and/or related fields.
- Native-level English speaker, with excellent written and verbal skills. Extra language bonus.
- Digital platform management.
- Able to work and collaborate with cross-functional teams or individually.
- Social media expertise, passionate about social media, up to date on the latest trends.
- Analytical and data-driven approach.
- Time management and prioritization.
