We are seeking a talented and highly driven hunter to join the SDR team targeting Europe. In this role you will showcase the ability to focus on an organization’s initiatives, challenges, pain points and partner with the sales team to bring value to those organizations and help them achieve pricing excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Create pipelines for your territory using demand generation and prospecting tools
  • Handling outbound leads by identifying new opportunities and developing rapport with potential clients
  • Generate business opportunities through prospecting, networking and cold calling
  • Procuring quality opportunities on a weekly and monthly basis ensuring the leads meet our qualification criteria
  • Documenting daily activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Working closely with marketing & sales teams to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend reach into target accounts
  • Representing us with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on sales development experience (hunting over the phone, cold calling)
  • Native-level English Second European Language a plus.
  • Proven over achievement record with an aggressive hunter mentality
  • Tenacious, ambitious and persistent with a strong executive presence and dedication to customer outcomes
  • Strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of dead-end leads
  • Flawless communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Strong attention to detail, good time management and analytical skills
  • Hybrid Monday – Friday
