JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives for the team through brokers network in Israel.
Managerial Accountabilities:
Daily meetings with the team.
Adhere to the KPI for the team.
Constant coaching of the team.
Weekly & monthly reviews with the team.
Functional Accountabilities:
Keep up with Product Knowledge & promotions.
Have a Customer centric approach.
Good Follow-up & Lead management.
Keep a track of daily/Weekly & monthly Targets
