Recruitment firm in Beit Shemesh seeking part-time bilingual (English/Hebrew) administrative assistant (3PM-7PM, Monday-Thursday):
Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the CEO
- Manage calendars, schedules and travel arrangements
- Ongoing maintenance of office-related issues
- Work closely with managers, recruiters, vendors
- Interact with clients and candidates on behalf of CEO and recruiters
- Conduct reference checks
Requirements:
- English at a mother tongue level – must
- Good Hebrew – must
- Excellent communication skills – Hebrew and English (written & verbal)
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work extra hours if needed
- Familiarity with U.S. culture
