Analyst Team Lead
What you will be doing:
• Prioritize tasks for the team members
• Lead and monitor the team members’ workload, efficiency, and quality of their work.
• Monitor the Team’s assigned clients’ workflows
• Serve as a “go to person” for the Team questions.
• Make sure the Team is meeting its KPIs
• Conducting one-on-one meetings with each team member and reviewing their feedback for process improvement.
What you will need:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in leading a small team of 3+ employees
• 2 + years background in healthcare business industry / insurance / billing company - is a big plus
• Experience with “Case management”/ Workflow system
• Great analytical skills and seeing “the big picture”
• Experience with SQL – is an advantage
• Full working knowledge of Microsoft office, Proficient with excel
• High level written and spoken English – Must
• BA/BSc
