What You’ll Do: Manage data entry, bookkeeping, and admin tasks.
Organize meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-ups.
Oversee contracts, subscriptions, and supplier relationships.
Ensure data security, quality assurance, and process efficiency.
Support donor communications, marketing, and performance tracking.
What We’re Looking For:
Super Organized & Detail-Oriented – You keep things running smoothly.
Bilingual (English & Hebrew) – Strong communication skills.
Tech-Savvy & Proactive – You find solutions before problems arise.
Experience in Admin/Ops Preferred – An Osek Patur/Morshe is a plus (we can assist).
