We are a decentralized exchange protocol designed to enable leveraged positions for any asset.
We are on the hunt for a DeFi specialist with an in-depth grasp of DeFi, alongside proficiency in Rust and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will not only possess a keen eye for detail in reviewing and understanding our current financial models and code but also exhibit excellence in community engagement and tool development.
This role involves a blend of technical prowess, analytical skills, and community management to enhance user experience and protocol integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly understand and analyze the financial models underpinning our products, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of these models.
- Assist team and community members with understanding the protocol by answering questions and providing documentation on the protocol.
- Investigate user queries and issues by leveraging blockchain querying tools andindexer technologies, aiming to resolve them promptly.
- Assist in the design and development of web-based tools for community use, facilitating self-service in understanding transactions, stats, and common queries.
- Create and disseminate content, including articles, explanatory guides, and strategic insights to educate and engage our user base.
Nice to haves:
● Review and comprehend the smart contracts' codebase to ensure they align with our financial and security standards.
● Extensive experience with Rust development, and CosmWasm smart contract development in particular.
● Prior experience with data gathering and analytics, especially in the blockchain space.
Requirements:
- Deep familiarity with the DeFi ecosystem, including an understanding of various blockchain platforms, CEXs, DEXs, and the principles of liquidity, derivatives, leverage trading, and market making.
- Strong analytical and math skills, capable of breaking down complex concepts into understandable formulas.
- Experience with blockchain querying, indexer technologies.
- Proficient in Rust and TypeScript, with the ability to eventually contribute to tool development.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, adept at creating technical content and engaging with the community across various platforms.
