Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Act as the point of contact for employees, agents and clients
- manage marketing & advertising campaigns
- Ensure compliance with office policies and maintain a professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience:
- At least 1–2 years of office management, administrative, or related experience.
- Interest in pursuing a career in real estate (prior experience in the field is a plus).
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism.
