We are looking for a talented Global Sourcer (70%) and recruiter (30%) for a full time position for 8 months:
what you would do:
In this role, you will use various online & offline sourcing techniques to scout for potential talent, engage with passive candidates, aiming to build talent rapport promising Allot’s future success (Global roles mainly)
Also you will assist with a-z recruiting processes, mainly for global roles (Customer Success and Sales)
Additional missions include crafting our Employee Value Proposition, HR content delivery, and visual identity designing.
