I learned first hand today that some courier companies do not treat Efrat (or the rest of the Gush) as inside Israel proper. They will not and cannot guarantee any pick up dates or delivery dates. This is NOT a myth, call for yourself if you want to confirm.
Keep this in mind when choosing a shipping company.
