Our company is growing, and we are looking for the missing piece in our educational team! Come be responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting American educational teams on "birthright" trips, visiting teams while they're in Israel, and providing support to the teams throughout the entire journey.
The role includes full availability to the teams during the season and assisting in managing groups on the ground. Availability during US hours, including late-night hours in Israel. Deep familiarity with the "Birthright" program itself, both its content and logistical aspects—from behind-the-scenes construction of educational programs to educational guidance for groups during their time in the country. Familiarity with the content world and "Taglit" regulations, assistance in building itineraries for "Taglit" tours.
Part-time position with a requirement for availability throughout the day.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Jewish diaspora.
- Extensive knowledge of the country.
- Training experience is an advantage.
- Working with computer systems is required.
- Experience in recruitment.
- Ability to work, make decisions, and problem solve under pressure.
- Creative thinking.
- Native-level English.
- During peak season, very high availability is required.
- Full-time position. In the Har Hatzofim area in Jerusalem.
