Job Description
I Argento Ltd, a successful and growing multi-family office specializing in alternative investments, is looking for an administrative back-office employee. The position is full-time (5 working days per week) with a family-friendly atmosphere in central Jerusalem.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Phone answering and filing
  • Data entry into the company’s information database
  • Work with suppliers, banks, and accounting offices
  • Update the company’s website
  • Support company activities in the e-commerce field

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative work
  • Full proficiency in Office software, Excel knowledge required
  • Native-level Hebrew and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with different departments within the company
  • Good interpersonal skills, high work ethics, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Conditions:

  • Full-time position (5 days per week)
  • Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications
