The apartment is in the German Colony (just off Emek Refaim) is centrally located, near public transport and has great air and light. It is a 3rd floor walk-up in a secure building. The apartment is quiet and has all the amenities (fridge, stove/oven, dish washer, washing machine and dryer). The kitchen is kosher.
You will get the master bedroom while I will be in the guest bedroom.
The apartment has north and south facing balconies (the master bedroom has the south facing balcony). Open kitchen/dining room and a large living room.
