HR Advisor - Fluent Hebrew
Our client, a high profile MNC are looking for a HR professional to join their team and act as the main contact for all of their local employees based in Israel.
Role:
- Answer and resolve employee queries/issues in relation to Human Resources matters
- Manage, and report any progress on HR issues being resolved
- Managing and educating employees on available self service capabilities
- Training managers on how to manage and resolve HR issues.
- Supporting managers on the use of core HR programs.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Hebrew
- HR Knowledge with 1 years' experience in an advisory HR role
- HR experience in the Israel employment market
- Knowledge of Israel employment laws and HR practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to resolve issues in a proactive manner
- Strong communication skills and a great team player
- Excellent Microsoft office skills and HR systems
