We are the world’s leading online marketplace for diamond professionals and are growing our digital advertising team. We're seeking a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to lead ad sales across our website and mobile app.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell digital advertising placements on our platform (web + app)
- Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Respond to inbound leads and conduct proactive outreach to generate new business
- Present tailored advertising solutions aligned with client objectives
- Use Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on KPIs
Onboarding Milestones:
- First 30 Days: Complete comprehensive training to gain expertise in our product offerings, value propositions, market differentiation, and sales process.
- First 60 Days: Begin managing inbound/outbound leads and progressing them through the sales cycle.
- First 90 Days: Achieve competency in closing sales cycles independently.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Native Level English – a must
- 2–3 years of experience in digital advertising/media sales
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, outbound-driven sales role
- Familiarity with digital ad performance metrics and campaign strategy
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Work Schedule & Setup:
- Hybrid: 2 days/week in our Jerusalem office, 3 remote
