We are the world’s leading online marketplace for diamond professionals and are growing our digital advertising team. We're seeking a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to lead ad sales across our website and mobile app.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell digital advertising placements on our platform (web + app)
  • Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
  • Respond to inbound leads and conduct proactive outreach to generate new business
  • Present tailored advertising solutions aligned with client objectives
  • Use Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on KPIs

Onboarding Milestones:

  • First 30 Days: Complete comprehensive training to gain expertise in our product offerings, value propositions, market differentiation, and sales process.
  • First 60 Days: Begin managing inbound/outbound leads and progressing them through the sales cycle.
  • First 90 Days: Achieve competency in closing sales cycles independently.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Native Level English – a must
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital advertising/media sales
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, outbound-driven sales role
  • Familiarity with digital ad performance metrics and campaign strategy
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Work Schedule & Setup:

  • Hybrid: 2 days/week in our Jerusalem office, 3 remote
