Real estate development company operating primarily in Europe is seeking an experienced Attorney.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Experience in real estate law (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work with attorneys across different locations
- Highly motivated and energetic
- High level English and Hebrew
Responsibilities:
- Navigate legal intricacies in European real estate transactions
- Collaborate with legal teams across diverse locations
- Attend meetings and negotiations, providing legal counsel
- Review and draft legal documents related to real estate transactions
- Stay updated on relevant legal regulations and industry trends
