We're a seven minute walk to Rami Levy and Yochananoff and fifteen minutes to Kenyon Hadar, with lots of public transportation right nearby (71, 72, 74, 75, 34, 15, 10, and 13 bus stops are all within a five minute walk). Shomer Shabbat and Kashrut and no boys after 11 pm. The shared areas of the apartment are furnished, but the bedroom is not. Rent is 1770 plus bills.
We take Coronavirus restrictions seriously, and it's important to us to find a roommate who is conscientious about wearing a mask outside the apartment and following MOH instructions.
