The Role:
As a **Sales Associate**, you will play a key role in fostering relationships with clients, guiding them through their art-buying journey, and ensuring an unforgettable gallery experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to showcase your social media skills by helping us grow our online presence and engage with our digital audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and recommending artworks that resonate with them.
- Provide exceptional customer service, both in-person and via email/phone.
- Assist with sales transactions, including invoicing, packaging, and delivery coordination.
- Create engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to promote the gallery, artists, and events.
- Stay up-to-date on art market trends and share insights with clients and the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for art and a strong understanding in sales or art-related fields is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English is a must.
- Comfortable using social media platforms to create and share content.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work Fridays and evenings as needed.
