A well-established Commercial Real Estate Services Company seeks an experienced Tax professional to join our Israel operation (evening hours). As the Tax professional your tasks will be to assist and counsel internal and external parties of the transaction on the Tax ramifications of the transaction or our services.
The right candidate will be willing and able to tackle all tasks โ big and small -- related to each client file. The right individual is detail-oriented, possesses outstanding interpersonal skills working with clients and colleagues, and has a strong drive to succeed. Job Requirements:
๐ 3-5 years of experience as a CPA, with US Tax experience
๐ Real Estate experience is a plus
๐ Strong work ethic and leadership skills
๐ High level of Professionalism
๐ Excellent people skills
๐ Ability to develop strong relationships
๐ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
๐ 2 days a week work at Har Hotzvim office in Jerusalem
๐ Rest of work week option to work from home
Duties:
๐ Discuss tax implications with potential clients involved in transactions
๐ Have extensive conversations with internal parties involved in transaction
๐ Answer questions in a timely manner
๐ Work with the sales teams to assist in client acquisitions & retention
๐ Review proposals and reports before they are sent to client
๐ Communicate with the CPAs of our clients and prospects
