Family of 5 looking to swap our brand new, modern apartment in Zichron Yaacov for a place in Jerusalem for over Chanukkah break.
The apartment is located between the Moshava and Mul HaYekev neighborhoods and is a less then 10 minute walk to the Midrachov. It is a 10 min drive to multiple beaches including Hof Dor. There is a grocery store and pharmacy complex 1 block away.
The apartment is on the 4th floor, with elevator (and stairs for Shabbat) and has 3 bedrooms - sleeps 5, 2 bathrooms, an office plus living room/dining and kitchen. There is a mirpeset but no place for a sukkah.
