Team Lead BDR - Jerusalem (hybrid)

A well established company that offers an online platform directed to NGOs, is looking for a Team Lead Business Development Representative.

This role will guide the BDRs efforts to engage, prospect, and build a robust pipeline to achieve the revenue goals. Will be a key driver in expanding the reach and impact within the nonprofit sector, acting as both a leader and a hands-on contributor.

Requirements:

• Native English Speaker
• Minimum of 1+ year in a sales or business development role - a must
• Experience in a leadership position - preferred
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• High energy, attention to detail and results-oriented
