Responsible for onboarding new clients by configuring payroll systems and ensuring compliance with US payroll standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Gather payroll requirements, configure systems, and ensure accuracy.
- Implementation & Training: Customize workflows, execute plans, and train clients.
- Support: Resolve client issues and escalate unresolved problems.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to US payroll laws and maintain documentation.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, HR, and technical teams.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Accounting, HR, or related field.
- 3+ years in US payroll implementation or systems support.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with software programs, and quick to learn new tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
