A financial multi-family office, is looking to recruit a Client Advisor, preferably one
with some legal background.
The company advises families of significant wealth in managing their investments and financial lives. The firm helps clients in Israel and globally to build multi- manager portfolios across the full range of liquid and alternative asset classes. In addition, the firm supports clients across a wide range of other financial matters, such as advising on generational wealth matters, interacting with legal and accounting professionals, quarterbacking structuring and tax related projects and assisting with charitable contributions.
This role is open to candidates with at least 2 years of financial experience. Preference will be given to candidates with a law degree and some legal experience.
FT in Beit Shemesh.
The role involves:
- Working alongside the firm’s partners to manage relationships with high net worth clients. This includes:
- Providing practical solutions to a wide range of client financial matters, such as facilitating financial transactions, cash management, arranging insurance and transacting private real estate,
- Interacting with Israeli and international financial institutions to answer compliance requirements and drive changes to portfolios,
- Maintaining a complete and up-to-date understanding of the firm’s platform of investments and of client portfolios. Understand the clients’ investment philosophy and parameters,
- Modelling and implementing changes to client portfolios, and
- Generating accurate, high quality client reports.
- For candidates with a legal background, the role will also include liaising with our network of outside lawyers to help guide clients through commercial contract reviews, compliance matters, understanding tax implications of investments and non-disclosure matters.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of work experience in financial services.
- Fluency in both English and Hebrew, a must
- Preference for candidates with a law degree and some legal experience
- A degree in finance, business administration or economics an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal relations and a proven record of working in a team
- Detail-oriented and striving to 100% accuracy
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and a good negotiator
- Qualities of integrity, responsibility and accountability
- A pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Able to learn wealth management software and build client reports
