A growing B2B USA mailing list, postal data and lead marketing agency with headquarters in Ramat Bet Shemesh seeks a Project Administrator to join its team. We are looking for someone that will take responsibility for the orders that come in, and follow through all the steps.
Responsibilities include:
- Review orders that come in either as a pdf or on a shared client spreadsheet
- Enter those orders in our order system
- Send orders out to be filled by other list managers/ owners or pull names out of an order platform called LiftEngine
- Wait for counts to come in and then ask the client for approval on the counts
- Send back the approved counts to the list owners/managers
- Make sure the mailing files go out to the client, and that the client confirms receipt of orders
- Invoice and send orders to client for approval
Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Strong communication skills, being able to work in a group setting.
- Ability to work independently when necessary and be able to resolve issues/challenges.
- Strong English verbal and writing skills - English as a first language is a must.
- Fluent in MS Word and Excel and feel comfortable on using different basic computer programs
- 2 years of similar experience
