US Tax Manager (Israel: Bet Shemesh or Jerusalem)

• Bring your 8+ years of US tax field experience and 3+ years of leadership expertise to guide and inspire our talented teams.

• Oversee multiple teams, working closely with Team Leaders to ensure smooth workflow, effective communication, and efficient resource management.

• Champion the professional development of team members, providing guidance and mentorship in a collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

• Confidently handle clients of all complexity levels, offering expert advice and support to team members as they navigate complex cases.

• Play a key role in strategic decision-making and planning, partnering with senior management to shape the future of our department.

• Boost your departments productivity and performance, monitoring progress and implementing measures to achieve team goals and targets.

• Build and nurture high-level client relationships, addressing concerns and resolving issues while working to develop new business opportunities and expand our client base.

• Collaborate with other Managers and organizational leaders to promote a cohesive, efficient, and goal-oriented work environment.

Position is working from the office in Bet Shemesh or Jerusalem, with a Hybrid option available as well .
