US company with offices in Israel seek a UI/UX Designer to join our engineering team in Jerusalem. The Designer will apply art and design skills to produce a visually appealing product for our users. Products may include logos, promotional advertisements, brand materials, media, and other print and digital marketing collateral.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute client vision – Work with internal stakeholders to understand the assignment, audience, and intended message. Create original visual designs that communicate the desired intentions in a visually appealing, creative, and unified way. Consult with team members as needed and revise projects when necessary based on feedback. Coordinate all production requirements and provide final approval notification.
- Design and detail – Design and select graphics, clip art, and photography as needed. Choose fonts for written copy and manufacture samples of layouts for approval by the client. Prepare samples for the client and appropriate staff for review.
- Demonstrable UX&UI skills with a strong portfolio with 3+ years of UX design experience in an R&D setting - a must.
- Expertise in designing with Figma - a plus.
- Expertise in working with Material Design - a plus.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and related design technologies - a plus.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements, and design complete user experiences that meet their needs and vision.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- English Fluency
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- At least three years of related work experience on an R&D team
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Only CV's in English will be considered
- Ability to work independently on an assignment and as a member of a team
- Ability to translate highly complex products into flows that are easy to understand.
- Interface with Product Managers and Programmers to oversee the full implementation of the User Experience.
- Create and drive user tests and incorporate user feedback
- Conduct User Research and competitor analysis.
