Seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Project Manager (Bilingual) to join a growing company which
provides legal translation services, offering translation excellence and expertise for a wide range of legal
matters to leading law firms throughout Israel, the United States, and Europe.
Our Senior Project Managers are responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of legal
translation projects from estimating, budgeting, vendor sourcing, and client communication to setting
appropriate project deadlines, team member assignments, and status reports.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define and plan project specifics.
Communicate directly with clients via email and phone.
Ensure all client deliverables are completed within the promised deadline.
Perform quality assurance functions that involve the careful review of project documents for
accuracy and consistency.
Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members.
Track progress of projects and provide detailed management status reports.
Participate in the business development process including tracking project quotes and
communicating with clients to close opportunities.
Build and manage client relationships and expectations to drive exceptional results and client
success.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Superior written and spoken communication skills in both English and Hebrew
Previous experience in the translation and/or legal industry
Impeccable attention to detail
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Bachelor's (or JD/legal) degree preferred
Technology proficiency:
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
