Albert Scott is a US-based company seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team and strategically lead our clients’ Amazon accounts. As an integral part of our agency, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts, communicating with clients, collaborating with team members, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize clients’ Amazon accounts to achieve maximum visibility, sales, and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure timely replenishment, and coordinate efficiently with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients via email and video calls, and stay up-to-date with policies, market trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, retail, listing, and upper management to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and pleasant demeanor when working both with clients and internal team members.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical capabilities with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Availability to work during US working hours (4 PM - 12 AM in Israel). Note: position will begin part time and grow into a full time position.
- Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in e-commerce.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon's platform/Seller Central is a huge plus.
