Responsibilities:
Main task: Development of the long term rentals department
- Calling potential owners to meet them
- Signing agreement contracts with home owners
- Taking pictures of apartments and advertising them
- Viewings and closing rental/sales deals
Possible other task: developing the commercial department
Skills required:
- Highly self-motivated, dynamic and independent
- English and Hebrew mother tongue level (great reading and writing too), other languages: a plus
- Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of internet, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, WhatsApp, social media
- Strong interest in the real estate field
- Holder of a real estate license or being prepared to study for one immediately, once hired
- Reliable, organized and efficient
- Available and hardworking
- Mean of transportation (scooter, electric bike/bike, car) a big plus
The job is commission based and the Realtor will need to open his/her own independent business if doesn’t have yet in order to bill our company.
